Congratulations to Chris Stillwell & Ethan Tate for receiving their Eagle Scout rank over the summer! 04/27/09 Summer Camp - Sunday, June 21st - Saturday, June 27th, 2009 Summer Camp - Physicals It’s that time again to get ready for our summer time events and update our yearly physicals. Dr. Stillwell and Dr. Flanagan will be at the regular scout meetings to review your health record and finalize the medical forms. This is a great time to get a physical for Summer Camp or any High Adventure activity. Boy Scouts require a physical every year and now’s a great time to take advantage of a free physical! We will need to complete a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record for every scouting participant (form attached). You will need to fill out Part A and Part C before you see the doctor. Be sure you and your parent/guardian sign the bottom section of Part C. The doctor will complete Part B during the physical. Please be prepared for the physicals at the regular scout meetings on Monday May 4th or Monday May 11th. If you miss both of these times, you will need to make arrangements with your own doctor to complete the physical at your own expense. You will not be able to attend Summer Camp or attend any scouting event that’s longer than 72 hours without a completed BSA Health and Medical Record. This includes Adult Leaders. When:
